With the weather being unpredictable, a tent provides the comfort of knowing that your presenters and special guests will stay dry and warm or, conversely, sheltered from the hot summer sun.

VVC has purchased our very own 20' x 30' white frame tent available to book for events. One key benefit of booking the VVC tent is we have 10' high sides and walls which provide better visibility/sight lines for guests/video cameras and it feels less closed in.  We are not limited to this size of tent and can procure smaller or larger sizes from tent companies across the province.

Neither snow, nor rain, nor sleet, nor hail, nor blistering sun shall keep a VVC production from taking place. The show must go on!
